Sitting at the center of my professional repertoire is Technical Writing. I have full life cycle experience with a wide range of deliverables, including Hardcopy Manuals, Online Help Systems, Quick Reference Cards, Process Maps, White Papers, and Training Materials. Whether the project is end-user or system-side in nature, great care is always taken to ensure that the final product is meticulously crafted with the target audience in mind.
