Technical Writing
Sitting at the center of my professional repertoire is Technical Writing. I have full life-cycle experience with a wide range of IT technical writing deliverables, including Online Help Systems, Hardcopy Manuals, Quick Reference Cards, and Training Materials.
While the majority of my work as a technical writer has involved the development of end-user resources, I have also handled projects focusing on system-side documentation. Regardless of the specific project however, great care is always taken to ensure that the end product is crafted with the target user group in mind.

In addition to the focal work that I do as a technical writer, clients also periodically enlist my communication and design skills for other services.

I am available to develop company profiles, bios, product literature, and assorted marketing documents for both printed and online distribution.

My services also include some Website Development. I have designed and coded a number of small to medium-sized websites for corporate as well as private clients.
Academic Background
My academic training includes a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's Degree in Analytic Philosophy.
The formal course of study associated with these disciplines played an essential role in my acquisition of the skills needed to become an effective analyst, problem solver, and communicator.
