Featured Technical Writing Projects
EC Technologies [Colonia, New Jersey / 2010]
- Develop a series of quick reference guides covering features and functionalities in the 2010 editions of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The guides are structured to be used as training materials as well as standalone instructional assets.
Lockheed Martin [Miami, Florida / 2009]
- Edit and rework all dimensions (written copy, schematics, tabular data, and overall document structure and formatting) of an extensive (100+ pages), MS Word-based technical design deliverable.
Greenberg Traurig [Miami, Florida / 2008 - 2009]
- Play a leading role in strategizing and instituting a departmental-wide documentation effort designed to support client's extensive IT infrastructure.
- Responsible for full life cycle development of system-side application and networking documentation, including process maps and schematics, quick reference cards, high-level summaries, project charters, etc.
KPMG [Montvale, New Jersey / 2006]
- Develop end-user documentation for a custom Microsoft SharePoint Services application.
- Review and edit documentation developed by other members of the technical writing team.
Marsh -- Knowledge Management Resource Center

- Redesign a series of quick-reference guides which highlight knowledge resources that the client has made available to all of its colleagues. The guides include general product descriptions as well as basic end-user documentation.
- Interface with outside printing outfit in order to facilitate timely publication and distribution of deliverables.
Marsh -- Instructional Design and Documentation Group [Manhattan, New York / 2000 - 2002]
- Establish templates and development methods for the Instructional Design and Documentation Group
- Responsible for full life cycle development of end-user online help systems, hardcopy manuals, quick reference cards and training guides. Deliverables support in-house business applications and routines.
- Review and update materials created by other members of the documentation team.
Optimum Logistics [Stamford, Connecticut / 2000]
- Plan and actualize all phases of development for a large (100+ topics) end-user online help system. The help system supports the client's business-to-business web product.
- Create marketing documents used to acquaint client customers with newly added product features.

General Electric -- Corporate Benefits Delivery (CBD)

- Design a model to standardize the ongoing development of the client's production support documentation. The model specifies an information gathering protocol and provides templates to guide manuscript formatting.
- Document Mainframe routines. Deliverables include high-level process summaries, jobstream details and flowcharts, timelines and additional reference materials.
